Every Sunday at 11am we gather as a body of believers to praise God and to be encouraged and equipped by his Word for his Mission. All churches are different in some way, so here is what you can expect when you join us.
Worship Gatherings
Come As You Are
We are family with diversity in styles and preferences, but in general our gatherings are less formal than traditional church services. We want to be undistracted as we join with our family to worship the King.
Parking
We are located downtown, so any street parking is available and free. All parking-lot space is to the side and rear our building. These lots are accessible from St. John, Jackson, and Harrison St.
Worship Experience
We worship the Lord as brothers and sisters in Christ through singing songs, reading Scripture, praying, and all believers are invited to participate in weekly communion and financial giving as a part of each worship gatherings. There is no obligation for anyone to participate in these things, but we welcome anyone to join us.
Bring Your Kids
We encourage the whole family to join us for worship gatherings. Kids are welcome to stay for the entirety of the service, but we also provide childcare for children in 2nd grade and younger during our sermon.
Typically, everyone is in the auditorium for the singing portion of the service. There are couches and space in the back for families with babies who chose to us it.
